Taylor Swift has sparked rumours that new music, potentially for the latest installment for Toy Story could be on the way.
Swifties went into detective mode after a countdown briefly appeared on the pop star’s official website, set to end on May 2.
Although it disappeared soon after going up, fans managed to grab screenshots and share them on social media to speculate what’s next.
Many took note of the colour scheme of the website and its inclusion of Toy Story-esque clouds, leading many to believe she might have a new song on its soundtrack.
Others dissected her recent outfits, pointing to a recent one with similar colours to the palette seen in the film, that is, sky blue, white, yellow, and red, as well as a horseshoe necklace many took as a nod to the beloved films.
The countdown was taken down quickly, and her homepage has currently reverted to promote her latest album, The Life of a Showgirl.
Some have even theorised that the teasers can be found in the video for Opalite, which boasted a star-studded cast including TV host Graham Norton, Domhnall Gleeson, Greta Lee, Jodie Turner-Smith, Lewis Capaldi, and Cillian Murphy.
Just days after Taylor Swift shared an extended cut of the ’90s infomercial inspired music video, a new trailer for Toy Story 5 was shared.
The movie, produced by Pixar for Walt Disney Pictures, is set to be released on June 19 and comes seven years after Toy Story 4 and four years after spin-off Lightyear was released, which traced Buzz’s backstory.
