Tanvir Muhammad Taqi was abducted on 6 March 2013, and his body was later recovered from the bank of the Shitalakkhya River in Narayanganj.
Despite the passage of 13 years, the trial in the murder case has yet to be completed.
Speakers at the rally expressed frustration over the lack of visible progress in the judicial process despite the emergence of significant evidence and investigation findings over the years.
