Keke Palmer wears multiple hats in Hollywood; she hosts, she acts, she sings and on top of all that, she is a mom too.
The 32-year-old artist revealed that in the middle of the chaos these duties bring, she takes time to cry in order to recharge her.
“I cry actually alone quite a lot,” she told Amy Poehler on her Good Hang podcast.
Keke revealed that she cries quite easily, or sometimes she dicides its “time to cry”.
“But I love to cry alone, and I save space and hold space for it,” she noted.
Explaining her crying habit, Keke said, “It’s a release of this sadness that you need brought out that you buried. Maybe it was from yesterday, maybe it was from 10 years ago, but you caught it in the ether of your mind.”
Her other unusual habit to maintain her well-being up to the mark is to keep the first five hours of the morning to herself.
Keke revealed in a past interview with Marie Claire, “I’m waking up early and I’m doing whatever I want to do.”
“Those rituals really help me to feel secure in myself because those are things that I’m doing with myself,” she added at the time.
Keke also shared an “underrated wellness tip,” she lives by “cutting people off,” the actress shared in an interview with Women’s Health.
