Travis Kelce is finally opening up about his wedding to Taylor Swift, calling it the best night of his life.
During a press conference on Wednesday, the 36-year-old football player shared how much fun the wedding celebration was.
“It was a fun offseason, man,” the athlete, 36, Page Six quoted, referring to the nuptials as the “best night of [his] life.”
He then thanked everyone for coming out to celebrate with them. “I appreciate everyone who came out and celebrated and had fun with us. That’s about all I really got from that night. It was a crazy night. It was full of a lot of celebration.”
Kelce is currently at training camp with the Kansas City Chiefs, getting ready for the upcoming football season. His first game of the year is set for Saturday, marking the start of his 14th season, which could potentially be his last.
Kelce and Swift, both 36, got married at Madison Square Garden in New York City on July 3. Kelce has also spoken fondly about getting married at the famous venue, sharing that it had long been a personal dream of his to attend an event there.
He also jokingly mentioned that the air conditioning at the venue was a nice bonus during the event.
Kelce and Swift exchanged vows last month, with the ceremony officiated by actor Adam Sandler.
