Kate Hudson is a proud mother of three children.
During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, host Jimmy Fallon wished her a belated happy birthday since the Running Point star recently celebrated her 47th birthday.
This prompted Hudson to joke, “Thank you! I’m so old.”
Fallon quickly brushed that off, but Hudson leaned into it with a laugh.
“No, I love it. I really think I’m going to be a great old person,” she said.
The actress even addressed that life only gets better with time, and with it, less pressure to care about the small stuff.
The actress also revealed how she marked the occasion, opting for a lively crawfish boil celebration complete with a beignet cake.
“And I had a beignet cake. I got my crawfish in because, yeah, I had to do that every crawfish season,” she shared, noting, “Have you ever had a boil? It’s so fun, it’s the best.”
Describing the gathering, Hudson painted a picture of a family-filled evening, saying, “They just boil it up, and there’s corn, there’s sausage, there’s potatoes, and we just throw it on in and listen to music.”
Referring to her three children, Ryder, Bingham, and Rani, “It was the best, and the kids love it, they just run around.”
