Bangladesh has expressed deep concern over recent attacks on civilian infrastructure in the United Arab Emirates, warning of serious risks to civilian lives, including Bangladeshi expatriates.
In a press release issued today (5 May), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said at least eight Bangladeshi nationals have been killed in the ongoing conflict in the region.
“Bangladesh firmly believes that all disputes should be resolved through dialogue and diplomacy,” the ministry said, calling on concerned sides to avoid actions that could worsen the already volatile situation.
