July Mass Uprising Day: Export, import remain suspended at Benapole port

Export and import activities between Bangladesh and India through the Benapole Land Port remained suspended today (5 August) to observe July Mass Uprising Day.

However, passenger movement through the port continues as usual, port Director Shamim Hossain said.

Trade operations through the port will resume tomorrow morning (6 August), he added.
