President Trump alluded to the antisemitic term “Shylock” at a rally in Kansas on Monday. The word is associated with a centuries-old antisemitic trope of a moneylender. Mr. Trump said “Shylock” at a rally last year and said that he didn’t know it was an antisemitic slur.
