Bangladesh Railway today (11 October) announced that three pairs of special trains will operate during the upcoming Durga Puja holidays to ensure convenient and safe travel for the homebound passengers.
Besides, the off-days of five trains have been cancelled on specific dates to handle passenger demand, said a press release here today.
Railway sources said Dhaka Special-3 will operate on the Chattogram–Dhaka route on October 20, while Tourist Special-1 and 2 will operate on the Dhaka–Cox’s Bazar–Dhaka route on 20, 23, and 24 October.
In addition, Chattogram Special-4 will operate on the Dhaka–Chattogram route on 24 October.
