Prince Harry’s found himself smack dab in a war of words that some accuse him of pouring gasoline over.
Royal editor Roya Nikkhah is one of those people and in her chat alongside Jane Garvey and Fi Glover on Times Radio she made that abundantly clear and even focused on why she thinks that an ‘error’ in judgement for the 41-year-old.
“I think the slight error possibly on Harry’s side is that when he came in July and had that lovely meeting… I think it might have been a slight mistake to have not discussed the fact [with King Charles] that he was thinking about moving back to the UK in a few weeks.”
because the whole move back has just really taken the palace by surprise. It’s taken the king by surprise and I think that’s why the King feels he needs to do all this clarification. I think had it been slightly more… — had a little bit more of a run up to think about it, we might not be in this situation now.”
“But the very fact is I mean I think people hoped that some effectively between father and son again which you sort of hope by them coming back and as you say we might have seen the back of but I don’t think I don’t think we will And I think their re-entry to life here is going to be very very difficult.”
