In Oklahoma’s First Congressional District, 10 Republican candidates are jostling to replace Representative Kevin Hern, a Republican who forswore a re-election campaign to run for Senate. Whoever wins the nomination will be in a strong position to win the Tulsa-anchored seat in November. John Croisant, a Tulsa school board member, former teacher and businessman, is running uncontested for the Democratic nomination.
