MetLife Bangladesh has launched a new wellness feature, 360Health Score, on its One by MetLife mobile app, enabling users to assess their physical, mental and financial wellbeing through personalised scores and AI-powered recommendations.
US Ambassador to Bangladesh Brent T Christensen inaugurated the new feature at a launch event.
“Congratulations to MetLife Bangladesh on the launch of its new 360Health wellness app – an example of American innovation delivering practical benefits for Bangladeshi consumers,” said the US Embassy in Dhaka in a message.
The 360Health Score is designed to provide users with a personalised overview of their overall wellbeing and offer recommendations based on their individual scores.
The One by MetLife app, which has more than 700,000 registered users, brings together financial protection, insurance management and wellbeing services on a single digital platform.
Ala Ahmad, chief executive officer of MetLife Bangladesh, said the launch marked an important milestone in the company’s digital transformation journey.
“The launch of 360Health Score marks an important milestone in our digital transformation journey and reflects our focus on delivering innovative solutions that create meaningful value for customers,” he said,
MetLife Bangladesh has been operating in the country since 1952 and currently serves more than one million individual customers and over 900 corporate clients.
The company said it continues to focus on innovation, service excellence and customer-oriented solutions to contribute to the growth of the life insurance sector in Bangladesh.
