Japan has reiterated its commitment to stand firmly with Bangladesh on its path toward lasting stability and prosperity.
“Under the Japan-Bangladesh Strategic Partnership, we reaffirm our commitment to stand firmly with Bangladesh on its path toward lasting stability and prosperity,” the Japanese Embassy in Dhaka said in a message, marking the 2nd anniversary of the July Uprising.
Japan also renewed their sincere condolences for those who lost their lives during the July 2024 Uprising.
“We take this opportunity to warmly congratulate the people of Bangladesh on the successful political transition in a peaceful manner, leading to the elected government led by Prime Minister Tarique Rahman,” the message reads.
