Students seeking to challenge their HSC 2025 results can apply for re-scrutiny online.
The deadline for applying for re-scrutiny of answer scripts in the 2026 Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations has been extended by 12 hours, allowing candidates to submit applications until noon tomorrow (8 November).
The decision was announced in an urgent notice issued by the Inter-Education Board Examination Controllers’ Committee today (7 November).
According to the notice, technical glitches disrupted the application process for answer script re-scrutiny and re-evaluation from 4pm to 8pm on Saturday, preventing many candidates from submitting their applications within the original deadline.
Taking the inconvenience faced by examinees into consideration, the committee extended the deadline from midnight on 7 November to noon on 8 November.
The notice was signed by Professor Jasmin Taslim Banu, convener of the Inter-Education Board Examination Controllers’ Committee and controller of examinations at the Dhaka Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education.
