Gisele Bundchen, who welcomed her third child at 45, is giving some insights into her workout routine and how she revised it to fit her needs.
The supermodel made a recent appearance on i-D magazine‘s new “The Mother Issue” and opened up about how she has transformed her workout regimen after she had a son with her husband, Joaquim Valente, back in February 2025.
The first thing Gisele mentioned is that she does “weights three times a week.”
She further spilled, “I do Pilates once or twice a week. I do yoga two or three times a week.”
Explaining why she does workouts on a daily basis, Gisele said, “I work out every day because, for me, working out—I don’t see it as something I have to do. I see it as something I get to do.”
Giesele, who shares son Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13, with ex-husband Tom Brady, also revealed how she keeps herself active with her elder kids.
The doting mom shared, “It doesn’t matter if I’m surfing, if I’m playing volleyball with my daughter, if I’m paddleboarding. Whatever it is, I feel like it’s a moment of being.”
Further sharing her thoughts on how kids are a source of giving parents joy and another chance to live their childhood again, Gisele gushed, “Kids give us this opportunity to live again, to be more present and to experience life again.”
“I don’t know. I find every little thing so amazing,” the proud mama added.
