A team from the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) visited the factory premises of Active Fine Chemicals Limited on 25 June and found that the company’s production operations remained closed, according to a disclosure filed with the DSE today (28 June).
Despite the disclosure, the company’s share price rose 1.39% to Tk7.30 during the opening session of trading today.
Active Fine Chemicals was listed on the Dhaka Stock Exchange in 2010. The company has not published any financial statements since March 2023.
