A photograph with an obituary on Thursday about the music producer Jack Douglas contained an incorrect credit. The image, showing Mr. Douglas with John Lennon, Yoko Ono and their band, was by Bob Gruen, via Globe Photos/Zuma Press, via Alamy, not Lobe Photos/Zumapress.com.
