Your wife may be right that corn tortillas are more traditional. But just as “literally” now means both “literally” and “figuratively” (literally!), if enough people call what you made “enchiladas,” then enchiladas they are.C: Your wife is right. And we know it because she has actual experience in this field and you don’t. The world may call your creation “enchiladas,” and that may be fine for them. But not in your house.
