A delegation from the Bangladesh MBA Association (BMBAA) met Finance Minister Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury today (16 July), proposing closer collaboration between the government and the private sector to support economic policymaking and national development.
In the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to strengthen cooperation between the government and the private sector, according to a press release.
The meeting focused on how the association could contribute to bridging the gap between policymakers and the business community to support national economic development.
BMBAA reaffirmed its commitment to serving as an independent, unbiased and non-political platform, offering its professional expertise to assist the government in economic policy formulation and implementation, added the press release.
The delegation was led by BMBAA President Mamun Rashid and included General Secretary Saif Mahmood, along with other senior members of the association’s executive committee.
