Bangladesh has extended condolences over the killing of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in a targeted attack by the United States and Israel, describing it as a violation of international law and norms.
In a press release issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs today (2 March), the government extended heartfelt condolences to the people of Iran.
The release added that Bangladesh believes conflict brings no solution and that only dialogue, mutual respect, and adherence to international law can resolve disputes.
