Four senior officials of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) have been reassigned in a latest reshuffle.
The changes were made through an office order signed by DMP acting commissioner Md Sarwar today (1 March).
According to the order: M Tanvir Ahmed, deputy commissioner (DC) of Traffic Ramna Division, has been posted as DC of Gulshan Division.
Md Mostak Sarkar, DC of the Detective Branch (DB) Lalbag Division, has been transferred as DC of Mirpur Division.
Rawnaq Alam, DC of Gulshan Division, has been reassigned to DB Lalbag Division.
Md Mainul Haque, DC of Mirpur Division, has been posted as DC of Traffic Ramna Division.
The order states that the reshuffle takes immediate effect.
