An expatriate’s wife and two minor boys were murdered in Homna upazila of Cumilla.
The victims were identified as Papiya Akter Sukhi, wife of Saudi Arabia expatriate Zahirul; their four-year-old son Hossain; and Zubayer, five-year-old son of Zahirul’s brother Sattar, confirmed Homna Police Station OC Morshedul Alam.
The incident occurred at Monipur village under Gharamora Union, said Morshedul Alam.
“Police recovered the bodies from the house and sent them to Cumilla Medical College Hospital for post-mortem. Law enforcement agencies are investigating the incident. Further information will be shared after the investigation,” he added.
