Leaders and activists of the Bangladesh Jatiotabadi Chhatra Dal today (28 August) brought out a procession at Dhaka University protesting what they described as “falsehood” about the activities of the BNP government and attempts to spread confusion among the public to destabilise the country.
The procession was held in the evening under the leadership of Amanullah Aman, organising secretary of the Chhatra Dal central committee.
The procession started from the campus and passed through different areas, including TSC, the VC Chattar and the Campus Shadow area.
During the procession, Chhatra Dal leaders and activists chanted various slogans, including “Hypocrisy at every turn, named Islami”, “People have understood Jamaat’s temptation” and “People will resist Jamaat’s lies.”
