The Premier Bank PLC has mobilised Tk3,003 crore in fresh deposits within 60 working days under its Special Deposit & Recovery Campaign 2026, while recovering around Tk769 crore in cash from non-performing loans during the first half of the year.
According to a press release, the bank collected the new deposits between 1 April and 30 June 2026. The cash recovery against defaulted loans was achieved during the January-June 2026 period.
Chairman Dr Arifur Rahman said the campaign’s success reflected the active participation of employees at all levels and the continued trust and confidence of the bank’s customers.

He reaffirmed the bank’s commitment to ensuring the highest standard of customer service through sustainable growth and responsible banking practices.
Managing Director Md Monzur Mofiz stressed the importance of maintaining the momentum in deposit mobilisation and urged all concerned to make future deposit campaigns even more successful.
