A large number of Jamaat-e-Islami supporters gathered in Dhaka’s Jatrabari this morning (25 January) as the party’s election rally for Dhaka-5 began at the Kajla Bridge.
Jamaat Ameer Dr Shafiqur Rahman is scheduled to address the crowd later in the day.
The party’s next rally of the day is set to take place in the Gendaria Dhupkhola Field area at around 2pm, under Dhaka-6.
Then there will be another rally at the Dhaka Alia Madrasah field at about 4pm under the Dhaka-7 constituency.
