The export-import activities at Sonamasjid land port resumed today (28 March) after ten days of suspension due to Eid-ul-Fitr and Independence Day holiday.
Ruhul Amin, member secretary of the C&F Agent Association, said trade activities remained suspended from 18 March to 27 March.
However, the goods-laden trucks from India started to enter the port from today, following the resumption of the port activities.
Meanwhile, passenger movement with valid passports remained normal during this period.
