Tanvir Ghani has been appointed as special assistant to Prime Minister Tarique Rahman on investment and capital markets, according to a notification issued by the Cabinet Division today (2 April).
As per the notification, he will enjoy the status, salary, allowances and other benefits equivalent to a state minister during his tenure, in line with the Rules Of Business 1996.
