Brummer Frontier PE II (Mauritius) Ltd, a corporate director of Runner Automobiles, has announced plans to sell 50 lakh shares of the company at the prevailing market price.
The disclosure was published on the Dhaka Stock Exchange website today (9 April).
Based on the current trading price of Tk40.50 per share, the total value of the shares planned to be sold stands at around Tk20.25 crore.
Brummer Frontier currently holds 1,83,04,347 shares in Runner Automobiles, according to the disclosure.
The sale will be carried out through both the public and block markets by 30 April.
