The Students Against Discrimination (SAD) has announced the suspension of all activities of its current central committee, citing “special circumstances,” according to a notice published on its official Facebook page yesterday (19 April).
As part of the decision, the organisation has formed a five-member advisory panel to determine the next course of action and oversee the formation of a new central committee.
The members of the advisory panel are Abu Sayeed Leon, Hamza Mahbub, Tarikul Islam Reza, Muinul Islam, and Shahadat Hossain.
The organisation said the advisory panel has been tasked with completing all necessary processes within the next 30 working days.
