The government has launched a nationwide measles vaccination initiative targeting all children aged six to 59 months, regardless of prior immunisation.
The drive, announced today (4 April) by Health Minister Sardar Md Sakhawat Husain, aims to ensure comprehensive protection and prevention of outbreaks, especially in vulnerable communities.
The phased roll out will start with 30 high-risk hotspots identified by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
