Education Minister ANM Ehsanul Hoque Milon has directed officials to introduce an artificial intelligence (AI)-based software system to manage teacher transfers, aiming to curb lobbying and ensure greater transparency in the process.
The directive was given during an exchange meeting with officials of the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education today (5 March).
“Proper coordination, open discussion, and cooperation are essential to make the working environment more effective in government offices,” the minister said.
He also encouraged officials to express their opinions freely and logically, stressing the need to reduce unnecessary distance within the administration to build a more collaborative work environment.
Milon noted that in the future, a system could be developed to allow service seekers to easily find information about the relevant desks or officials responsible for handling their issues.
