Ella Langley is expressing her desire to have her “man” by her side while she achieves her “dream.”
The country singer performed at SiriusXM’s Small Stage event at Denver’s Grizzly Rose on Tuesday. Before singing her track Somethin’ Simple, Ella opened up about balancing her career and personal life.
In a post on Billboard‘s social media page, Ella was seen confessing, “My life moves so fast now.”
She explained, “I’m constantly going somewhere. I mean, for me to spend longer than five days in one place is a miracle.”
The Choosin’ Texas hitmaker then contemplated, “I turned 27 this year, so I’m kinda thinking like, wait, can she have both?”
She continued, “Like, can she have the man and can she have the dream at the same time?”
In the song, Somethin’ Simple, Ella sings about achieving career success while wishing for a slower, more settled life at home.
The confession came days after it was reported that Ella is dating fellow country singer Tucker Wetmore.
The day before their dating rumors reignited, TMZ reported that the pair were seen leaving the Nashville Songwriter Awards together through a side door at the Ryman Auditorium.
Ella and Tucker’s dating rumors first began in December 2025 when they were spotted hanging out at the British Virgin Islands.
It is pertinent to mention that Ella recently made Billboard history and dethroned Mariah Carey’s All I Want for Christmas Is You, after her song Choosin’ Texas spent 23 weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.
