The prosecution of the International Crimes Tribunal has appealed to the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court seeking to enhance Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (Jasad) President and former information minister Hasanul Haq Inu’s 10-year prison sentence to the death penalty in a case over crimes against humanity committed during the July Mass Uprising.
