Madeline Brewer is all ready to take a very different kind of her for her next stage project.
The Emmy-nominated actress will star as Rose-Lynn Harlan in the U.S. premiere of Wild Rose, a new musical adaptation of the acclaimed 2018 film that starred Jessie Buckley.

After returning home from prison, she struggles to balance her ambitions with her responsibilities as a mother of two.
Written by BAFTA winner Nicole Taylor, who also wrote the original screenplay, the musical is directed by Tony and Olivier Award winner John Tiffany, with choreography by Olivier winner Steven Hoggett and Vicki Manderson.
It is pertinent to mention that Madeline Brewer steps into a role previously brought to life on screen by Buckley, whose performance earned her a BAFTA nomination for Best Leading Actress.
The production will begin previews at New York Theatre Workshop on November 24, with opening night scheduled for December 14.
