Tame Impala have announced a tour of the UK and Europe with Wet Leg, set to take place next summer.
In October last year, Kevin Parker’s project released Deadbeat, the sun-soaked follow-up to 2020’s The Slow Rush. In celebration, this year he has been touring steadily around the world.
Tame Impala have now announced three huge arena shows in the UK, taking place in Manchester’s Co-op Live on May 28th, followed by two days at London’s The O2 on June 1 and 2.
From there, Parker’s group will play two nights at Rotterdam’s Rotterdam Ahoy, followed by two nights at Paris’ Accor Arena, before appearances at Cologne’s Lanxess Arena and Poland’s Open’er Festival to close out the month.
Eagle-eyed fans might’ve noticed a pertinent gap in Parker’s touring plan near the end of June, which leaves room for a Glastonbury appearance next year.
At this point, this is certainly no more than logistical speculation.
Tame Impala have also booked two days in July, lining up appearances at Rock Werchter festival in Belgium and NOS Alive in Lisbon.
Across all of the headline appearances, Isle of White rockers Wet Leg will open the shows with their addictive sugary-sweet rock.
It’s an exciting time for Parker; In February, the band won Best Dance/Electronic Recording at the 2026 Grammys for End Of Summer, awarding the artist his second Grammy.
Currently, Tame Impala and Stranger Things actor-turned-musician Djo are in the middle of their North American Deadbeat tour: Next up, they will play in Columbus on August 25.
